River Park Hotel Dalat

The staff is great, friendly and professional.

Our room is on the 7th floor, right under a restaurant and next to the elevator. It is no soundproof at all therefore it was very noisy all day from early morning to late at night. The noise came from the construction nearby, from the restaurant upstairs and from other guests.

Great location, walkable to the night market.Staff are very helpful, carried my luggage to my taxi when I left.The bathroom is HUGE, biggest shower I've ever been in and came with a hair dryer.

It's a very busy hotel with tour groups coming and going on big buses. Was quite a lot of noise from these groups in the morning as they got ready to leave.

The hotel advertised a number of services and facilities, none of which they actually provide. The coffee shop was closed the majority of the time and did not see the restaurant open at all. There is no gym, pool or spa. The hotel is 'open' and with the cool evenings ac is unnecessary, but there should be some form of heating, which there is none. Also the bedding is not as warm as might be expected.

Position

No breakfast available even though it said you could pay for one on the booking site. TV had terrible reception.

We requested for a change of room due the level we stayed was quiet and a bit dark but the staffs kept saying they were people staying with us on the same level too.

Location was convenient.

- Extremely loud, the whole room shakes when people walk up stairs. Guests and staff constantly shouting in the hallway.- People constantly smoking inside in the lobby area and the smoke filters into the room. Clothes stink of smoke.- Room nothing like the photos and felt like a prison.- Staff tried to access room when had a ‘do not disturb’ hung on the door.- Shower barely worked.

Great location, walking distance to Dalat market and Xuan Huong lake. Nice spacious room with a great view and large bathroom. Staff helpful and supportive.

The spa and wellness centre advertised by Booking was closed.

Hotel was clean and in good location.

Reported shortly after checking in TV reception was unwatchable. I think it was checked when we were out. Upon asking they informed me a technician would come next day. This didn't happen. Noise from plumbing. Every time a toilet above was flushed, the sound of water through the pipes was annoyingly loud.

All things considered the it was a relatively good deal

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, there are still name of the old hotel scattered around and therefore it was a bit messy and rundown. The bathroom was smelly with traces of pomelo or some fruit in the sink, decomposing. The staff was helpful but upon being asked about bike renting, outsourced it to some random supplier(per what they said), which scammed me 375k dong for one a half day for less than the 14 hours that I rented it.

Unfortunately this hotel wasn't great, the room was fine (we upgraded to one with a balcony) but the hotel lacked basic facilities for example; the lift was broken, there wasn't hand towels provided, reception couldn't provide a map or really any helping information, and the toilet roll wasn't re-stocked. We also asked if we could book breakfast but this wasn't possible despite the hotel serving breakfast. For the same money we stayed in other hotels that were so much nicer in the rest of Vietnam.

We have travelled multiple cities in Vietnam in last few weeks and this hotel was one the cleanest hotel we have got in Vietnam in such price. Hotel staff was very polite and helping. the next shop from hotel was of rental motorbikes. We easily got motorbike to ride around dalat. Restaurants etc were at walkable distance from hotel. I loved my stay here I wish I could spend few more days in Dalat. ?

The price was good , the room was spacious and great view .

The bed sheets and blankets did not seem to be washed between guests . Someone’s hair and stains were on the sheets .

Location was amazing

Building works going on in building which they didn’t tell us about, so noise constantly, drilling started every morning 8am. Multiple cockroaches in room

Nice and spacious room with balcony. Very reasonable price, located at the heart of Dalat so easily access to many places.Staffs were friendly and supportive.

The location and rooms are good although they do have not nice views. The staffs clean rooms every day, they were super friendly, politely and helpful!
